Three years, 100+ students, one recurring question

As a Mathematics and Social Studies teacher, my job was never just teaching — it was watching test and assignment results term over term, spotting where a class was quietly falling behind, and changing the lesson plan before it became a bigger problem. I built tracking sheets to hold that data over time and reported patterns back to school leadership. It's the same loop a business analyst runs: collect, find the pattern, recommend a change, check if it worked.
